1 Introduction

MPOBOS is an online casino entertainment platform operating in Malaysia. It offers registered members who meet the eligibility requirements a wide range of games, including online slots, live casino, bingo, and fish shooting games.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between MPOBOS and all platform users. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

3 User Account

Each member is only permitted to have one active account only. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts as well as the forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensure your account information is accurate and up to date at all times.
• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Report to the MPOBOS support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• All activities carried out through your account, whether with or without your knowledge, unless you have reported unauthorized access.

MPOBOS will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Regarding withdrawals:

6 Game Rules

All games available on the MPOBOS platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be influenced by any party.

Members agree that:

• Game results recorded by MPOBOS servers are final and binding.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the client display and server records, the server records will serve as the final reference.
• Technical interruptions causing gameplay to be suspended will be resolved in accordance with MPOBOS's dispute resolution policy.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unfair method in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

MPOBOS reserves the right to void game rounds or withhold payouts where there is evidence of manipulation or technical fraud.

7 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MPOBOS platform:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Sharing your account with any other party.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automation scripts to interact with the platform.
• Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the games or the platform's systems.
• Distributing harmful, defamatory, or threatening content through the platform's communication channels.
• Attempting to access another member's account or data without authorization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

9 Liability Limits

• Financial losses resulting from gameplay activity.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information displayed on the platform.

MPOBOS's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or those bonuses will be forfeited.

MPOBOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any terms stated in this document.
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity has occurred.
• You have registered more than one account.
• The information you provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, MPOBOS reserves the right to withhold remaining funds until the investigation is concluded.

11 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
